Try it Thursday: AMRAP Drill!

This is easy to set up, extremely challenging, and extremely FUN!

Each corner of the room is a drill:

1. Climbing Beast (Start in plank and walk your knees up to your chest one at a time, then back out to plank. Do this 5 times!)

2. Stay low and lateral slide to the next corner.

3. Long jump burpees it is all the way to the next corner!

4. Climbing Beast (Start in plank and walk your knees up to your chest one at a time, then back out to plank. Do this 5 times!)

5. Stay low and lateral slides to the next corner.

6. 20 press jacks (or just jumping jacks if you don’t have a weight.)

7. Sprint to the first corner and repeat all over again!

Set your timer for 10 minutes and see how many rounds you can do!
