Try it Thursday: Put Your Jam on and HIIT it!

This is a great way to participate in our #1moremile 90-day challenge, get a workout in, or just have some fun!

Here’s how it works:
Pick one of your favorite songs that really gets you pumped up. (Personally, I like to work out to gritty and sometimes angry sounding music:)
Next, push play and let yourself feel that music.
Take part in high energy fitness moves like burpees, jump squats, tuck jumps, mountain climbers, push-ups, 180 jumps, punches, kicks, high knees, or spontaneous dancing…
End your next workout like this to take it to da next level!! This is my current jam, and what happened when I heard it!

Still feeling good and like you’ve got a little more to give…queue up another high energy song!
