Tabata Tuesday: Round 2!

Here’s a new round of Tabata for ya! I recruited a long time member and friend to stay after class and do it with me, and Sarah did great! Also, see if you can keep up with Georgia’s quick feet on those¬†speed bags!;)

Remember: Tabata drills are supposed to be done at very high intensity for 20 seconds! Go faster, squat lower, jump higher!! GO, GO, GO!! Pair this with December’s Son of a Nutcracker and you will be feeling it…in a good way!
