‘Tis the season for pumpkin-flavored everything. As the temp has dropped some and the rainy days settled in, I too needed to satisfy my deep need for pumpkin. Here are my go-to pumpkin treats that will totally satisfy your craving, but not set you back with your healthy eating habits.

I always head over to Chocolate Covered Katie when I need a clean eating dessert. Georgie and I whipped up some pumpkin cookies yesterday and we both loved them! I am sure you may even have everything on hand to whip these up right now!cookies-1

ies-2My favorite healthy pancake mix is Kodiak Cakes. These are awesome for a quick, easy breakfast. Add a little pumpkin and spice, and you have a Sunday morning breakfast to swoon over!
pancakesNot up for cooking? No prob! This greek yogurt is like a decadent dessert (12 grams of sugar, so watch out! This is a treat:) and a Pumpkin Pie Lara Bar is perfect for an afternoon pick me up.
