Tabata Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday! I have been doing some sort of Tabata training on Tuesdays for years now! It’s quick, hard, and EFFECTIVE! I always look forward to my Tuesday training!eliz

This is the perfect morning workout, lunch workout, of evening workout! It’s fast and fun. You will be shaking when you are done if you do it right!

Here is my new favorite Tabata timer. I love putting it on my tablet in front of the class. They can see the green GO and the RED stop.

After WorkPair it up with this awesome new workout playlist (if I do say so myself…:)

Finish up with a delicious and nutritious green smoothie!

I LOVE Orgain Protein Powder. I am on auto delivery from Amazon. The chocolate and vanilla are both great!
2 scoops Orgain
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Frozen spinach or kale
Frozen berries
1/4-1/2 avocado
BLEND IT BABY!
