Try it Thursday: I Wanna Be Strong Circuit!

As usual, this circuit can be done anywhere and all you need is your beautiful human body! (I try to make it really hard to skip a workout!;) You can tag it on after a cardio session, use it as a HIIT segment, or do it all by itself for a quick effective 20-minute workout. Try it once a week for the rest of the month and I guarantee you will be stronger!
