Hey locals! I have some opportunities for you to get a holiday workout in! (And if you are not local, please keep reading…I have something for you too!)
The next TWO FRIDAYS, December 11th and December 18th, I will host a holiday hustle workout at Spri Performance Center. (1769 Northwind Blvd, Libertyville, IL 60048). Stations will be going from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Come for one quick round, stay for 20 minutes, or work the whole hour! Open door:)
Cost: $5.00 plus a food pantry donation.
The Libertyville Sports Complex (1950 US-45, Libertyville, IL 60048) is having an open house and classes are FREE to try! Come to my famous HIIT workout at 8:00 a.m. Again, bring a food pantry donation!
Next Saturday, December 19th I will offer a special holiday workout at the Libertyville Sport Complex. If you make it through this class, I will offer you special bragging rights. It’s going to be tough…and a ton of fun! Prizes included!
If you are unable to make it to any of these holiday hustle classes…I will miss you! BUT…I have a great at home workout for you!
How to complete this workout:
Each number is how many repetitions you will complete of each exercise. Start at the top at 12 reps of jumping jacks, then move to 11 reps of full sit-ups, then to 10 and so on until you get to 1 long jump. Then back up to the top of the list, but this time knock off 12 and start with 11. Go all the way down through to 1. Back up you go knocking off 12 and 11, starting at 10. You get it now! Every time you start over, you knock one set of reps off of the top until you are left with 1 rep! Whew!! Be sure to check in and let me know how you did with this one!
