I tried my hand at curbing a sweet attack with a chocolate protein mug cake! And guess what?! It did the trick! I topped it with a dollop of natural peanut butter and I was set!

Low carb, guilt free, and delicious!
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3-5 drops liquid stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • A little water to thin it down
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes!
Currently I keep Orgain organic plant-based chocolate protein powder on hand. I prefer to get my nutrients from whole foods, but having a clean protein powder on hand is great for quick meals and curbing cravings!
