I tried my hand at curbing a sweet attack with a chocolate protein mug cake! And guess what?! It did the trick! I topped it with a dollop of natural peanut butter and I was set!
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3-5 drops liquid stevia
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons milk of choice
- A little water to thin it down
- Mix all ingredients until smooth. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes!
