Answers could be as simple/obvious as to stop eating out or cutting late night snacking, or as deep and complex as finding a new job or cutting out a toxic relationship.

It’s not terribly common for our diet and fitness problems to be surface level issues. Usually, our habits and behaviors around this stem from something more.

You know what you need to do. Be honest, make a list, make a plan, and then take a step.
