I love the 4th of July! This long holiday weekend embodies everything summer is about! Amidst the sunshine, cocktails, fireworks, swimming, and BBQs, be sure to make time for a few quick workouts! This take anywhere workout is perfect for squeezing in a maximum effort sweat session with no equipment and little time! Try to get through this one 3 times through. But if you’re short on time, 1 time through will still get the heart pounding and the metabolism working in your favor!
