Do you have what it takes?Get out your timer and get to it! For this workout, you will be doing each exercise for 60 seconds. The second round you will do each exercise for 40 seconds, then again for 30 seconds each, and lastly for 20 seconds each! Break between each set as long as you need to until you feel like you can do the next exercise at 100% effort. That might be 10 seconds or a minute! Make this worth your time and give it all you got!
