Try it Thursday: 2 New Awesome Summer HIIT Routines!

HIIT is so satisfying. In what other way can you get a killer burn and sweat going in such a short period of time? Intensity beats duration every time!

Do you have what it takes?DSC_9872-2So get out your timer and get to it! For this workout you will be doing each exercise for 60 seconds. The second round you will do each exercise for 40 seconds, then again for 30 seconds each, and lastly for 20 seconds each! Break between each set as long as you need to until you feel like you can do the next exercise at 100% effort. That might be 10 seconds or a minute! Make this worth your time and give it all you got!
