This workout is a total body burner. It will work and sculpt your entire body head to toe, as well as get the heart rate up and the blood pumping for a killer cardio session. A one stop shop with no equipment required! Perfect!
This workout is not for the timid. Give this a try from top to bottom starting with 10 squats followed by 1 burpee. When you get to the end of the challenge (1 squat, 10 burpees) you can give yourself a pat on the back for completing, or work your way back up the pyramid! (Starting with 1 squat and 10 burpees!) A great modification would be to work your way to 5 and then stop. In a few weeks when that gets easier and easier, you can start adding on until you can complete the entire challenge!
This workout is great for those rainy days to get a workout done right in your own living room. You can also take it to the gym (people WILL stop and stare!), or run to a nearby park or grassy area and squeeze it in before you run home!
