Several years ago I programmed a fun and challenging body weight arm circuit to end my group fitness classes with. I had no idea that my clients and attendees would love the fun/torture this routine brings. People always request it! (Gluttons for punishment!)
While I am on maternity leave some of the folks wanted a recording of the routine to keep up with while I am out. Follow along with these brave volunteers who offered to be recorded for the blog!

No weights required, but challenge yourself even more by adding a pair of 1-2 pound hand weights!
