In preps for Spring races, warm weather wardrobes, and all of the activities that come when it begins to get nice out, I have a Spring training regimen for you to follow starting today! Let the Spring fever begin!
Liz is going to demo each move on the video. First she will demo 4 exercise for the first tabata series that are a great way to get your heart rate up. Another great way is to keep it simple and just run! Remember to do this 8 times before moving onto the second exercise. Next, she will demonstrate exercises # 2-4, 1 time each. Again, before you move from number 2 to number 3, do the exercise for 20 seconds with a 10 second recovery, 8 times through (4 minutes total!)
If you do it right, this workout is all you need for today!
Next, it’s time to check your nutrition as we have all at least heard by now that you cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet.
