TGIF! This week it was still freezing cold outside, but it was getting HOT in training!

I was also able to hand out prizes to my Merry Fitmas participants. Great prizes from Spri and Epic Organics (My FAVORITE all natural, homemade, organic skin care products!) were handed out to 3 grande prize winners who completed their 100 miles, check-ins, and HIIT routines! Well done to all!

I tried a couple of new recipes this week, but my favorite was probably this mini chicken pot pie! Is it possible to clean up a classic comfort food recipe like this? You bet! No guilt, only taste!
