It is just a bit chilly in Chicagoland! With wind-chills dipping down toward -30 degrees, you can bet people living in the Mid-West may begin to feel a bit stir crazy hanging out indoors where it is safe and warm!
No matter where you are at on this January day, I encourage you to bust out this challenging full body circuit! Stuck at home with no fitness equipment? Pick a cardio move that will get your heart rate up for 2-3 minutes during each round. Make it work!
