The Habitude Fitness Women’s Holiday Hottie Boot Camp was so successful, I couldn’t help but program this winter’s 8 Week Balanced Body Boot Camp to help the winter pass by quickly and launch us into Spring!eliz

January 5th-February 26th
When: Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:15 a.m.-9:15 a.m.
Where: Spri Performance Center 1769 Northwind Boulevard, Libertyville, IL 60048
Who: Men and women of any fitness level! Stay at home moms and dads, work from home employees with flexibility, or anyone who can swing by in the mornings!
Why: Get fit in body, mind, and spirit for 2015! Come and enjoy challenging total body training, all while gaining a supportive community from the friends you will indeed make along the way! We talk about everything, not just fitness, to ensure success!punch

What to expect:
Mondays:
Manic Mondays
(Manic defined means, “showing wild and apparently deranged excitement and energy.”)
Get the week started right with high intensity strength, cardio, flexibility, and agility circuit training!

Tuesdays:
Sunrise Routine
Start your day off with focused stretching, toning, functional training, breathing, and balance. Setting your intention for your workouts transcends into setting your intentions for the rest of the day! This type of workout is key to a balanced, holistic training regimen. You won’t want to miss it!

Wednesday:
Wild on Wednesday 
From kettlebells to kickboxing, Barre to box jumps, every Wednesday will be a different workout to keep you interested and the body guessing! 30 minutes of a full body sweat session followed by a 30 minute discussion time to check in on the body, mind, and soul. We will be discussing progress, goal setting, visualization, weight loss, the battle of the mind, plateaus, personal roadblocks, and more. If you would like time for discussion one on one, rather than the large group setting, this can be scheduled as well for a small additional fee.

Thursday:
HIIT the beach!
Cardio HIIT routines followed by toning, lifting, and strengthening all of those areas you want to show off, prepping for spring break!

Friday:
Five Dollar Friday:
Your hardest day before the weekend! Invite a friend as the drop in is only $5.00! Lots of sweat through cardio training and crazy core work will be the focus. We will sprinkle in the use of fun equipment to keep the hour moving fast!
