Christmas has come and gone and 2015 is around the corner. I hope you are still enjoying the season, and have enjoyed following along with our Fitmas Challenge!

I have one last workout for you to try this week. This is my go to arm circuit! Use appropriate weights so that you can maintain good form, 5-15 pounds, and repeat the circuit 3 times through! I may be 5 months pregnant, but this workout is safe for women like me, as well as a challenge for fit dudes! #noexcuses!feature

  • Knowing I was coming back to HIIT classes after Christmas break, I made sure to get in some exercise. I went to a fitness center, went on a hike, and did two brisk hour long walks !! See you in class !

      Well done! The holidays are not always about breaking records or working out for an hour a day. But a “maintenance” habitude and figuring out what that looks like is perfect! Great job and see you Saturday!
