I have one last workout for you to try this week. This is my go-to arm circuit! Use appropriate weights so that you can maintain good form, 5-15 pounds, and repeat the circuit 3 times through! I may be 5 months pregnant, but this workout is safe for women like me, as well as a challenge for fit dudes! #noexcuses!
