I don’t know about you, but I have been having a blast planning and participating in the Habitude Fitness Fitmas Challenge! I too have been logging my daily miles in hopes to reach 100 by January 1st, participating in being mindful to make a difference each week, completing my push-ups and Fitmas workouts, and I have been trying to implement our Tuesday Christmas tips!
This week I encourage you to try a round of KNOCK–OFF, 12 Days of Christmas style! Again, this routine requires no equipment and very little space and time. Therefore, as always, there are no excuses!
How to complete this workout:
Each number is how many repetitions you will complete of each exercise. Start at the top at 12 reps of jumping jacks, then move to 11 reps of full sit-ups, then to 10 and so on until you get to 1 long jump. Then back up to the top of the list, but this time knock off 12 and start with 11. Go all the way down through to 1. Back up you go knocking off 12 and 11, starting at 10. You get it now! Every time you start over, you knock one set of reps off of the top until you are left with 1 rep! Whew!!
