Merry Fitmas! Cookies and Another Challenge!

It has been exciting and encouraging for me to hear from all of you on printing your Merry Fitmas Calendar 2014, completing your holiday HIIT routine, and gaining excitement for having a challenge to push you and hold you accountable this month!

Today we prep for the weekend by starting the 3rd annual: Cassie’s 100 Push-Up Challenge! This has been a fun challenge that I conduct weekly in my group fitness classes this time of year and now offer for at home followers to participate in as well. Do YOUR best, and give this a try several times a week for the next 3 weeks!

100 push-up challengeOnce you are done with your challenge head to the kitchen (or forward this onto your wife and say, pretty please make these for me you beautiful creature you!). These cookies curb a sweet tooth, make a great accompaniment to your morning coffee, or will be great for a quick boost of energy pre-workout!

Serves: 12 cookies
These cookies are guilt free and will curb a sweet tooth or provide a surge of energy for you to power through a workout or long meeting!
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter (or choice of nut butter)
  • 1½ cup quick oats
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop on cookie pan and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Enjoy!
