Try it Thursday: Your Vaca or Staycation Workouts!

Planning any trip takes a lot of effort. How will you get there and what is the best deal? What will you do, where will you go, who will you see? What should you pack and what needs to be done at home before you depart? As you head to the open road, beach, the lake-house, or even decide to spend time around home this summer, these workouts will fit perfectly into your suitcase and your schedule. They are efficient and focused and all you need is the beautiful human body! Go ahead and check, plan workouts, off of your to-do list!

Enjoy, rest, and rejuvenation. Explore new places and of course be sure to add in a little exercise!

  • Thanks, Cassie. I was able to refer to these while on vacation. I also added a dirty dozen of kettle ball squats and raises and squat jumps that had me sweating and panting. Easy to do in my room or balcony! Miss you 🙁
