One of my favorite go-to recipes is a marinated kale salad. It has quickly become a Habitude Fitness favorite, as I make it for most of our social events. The best part about this salad is that it’s perfect for summer gatherings because the longer this salad sits, the better it actually gets. No soggy lettuce! Last weekend we went to a BBQ and I offered to bring the salad. As usual, when I bring this along, I am sending the recipe off the next day as people genuinely love it!
