Try it Thursday: Your Training Guide Part Three!

This workout may look simple, but executed with intention and focus it will surely become one of your new go-to favorites!

Run x .25 mile
Stop and perform:
30 Lunges
30 Squats
30 Second Plank Hold
Repeat for a total of 4-8 times!

If you are a beginner start off with 4 cycles to total a 1 mile run. Intermediate and advanced athletes, run between 4 and 8 cycles. Perform this workout once per week to amp up your Triathlon, 5K, Marathon, or Rugged Maniac Training!
