Just kidding! Here are some pics from this morning. We had sweat dripping, muscles pumping, and pavement pounding. I had a special trivia that included prizes, and we even had some new faces attend! What a beautiful summer day to enjoy with my fitness friends! I hope you have a great day enjoying your freedom, family, friends, and the fabulous days of summer!

If you look closely you can see a friend of mine gearing up for a decline plank on a park bench: Feet on bench, hands on ground. Walk your hands all the way to the right, and then all the way to the left. Keep going for 1 minute!
