I want to thank all of you who have been reading and following this blog in the first few months of the launch! I love hearing about how you have been checking the site and following along. From the bottom of my heart, thank-you! It was because of all of you that I was even inspired to begin such an adventure. One thing that I love about my fitness community is the that we all come from different walks of life and are at different places in our journeys. Some of us are still young and in school, while others are in our retirement years. Some of us are pregnant with our firsts babies, and a few of us are preparing to send our babies off to college. Many of us travel for work and juggle health, fitness, family, and sanity. Others are working in the home, looking to get out of the house for an hour for some fresh air and adult time. Several people out there battle chronic pain and old injuries that make fitness just plain difficult, while others are signing up for the next marathon. Yes, this is exactly what I love about my fitness community. You all have so much to offer. Thank you for being a part of my life!
