Try it Thursday: Introduction

“Try it Thursday” is an opportunity for each of us to step outside of our comfort zones and try something new; push through barriers, improve ourselves, grow in courage, strength, knowledge, power, fitness, openness, happiness, satisfaction, and defeat monotony.  Each week will be something new and completely different.  I  have a list of things to “try”, but would love to hear from you and what types of things you would like to pull from for “Try it Thursday!”
